Rose Real Estate is available to assist you as a prospective tenant in locating residential properties to lease. Initially we will consult with you concerning your requirements and desires in property to be leased including your price limit; school district; location; acreage minimum or lot size; number of required bedrooms and baths, square footage minimum, age of the home and any special needs or desires that you might have. We also consult with you concerning security deposits, credit reports that may be needed and any pets that you may want to keep in the home.
We then match your lease criteria with properties in the desired area. An automatic search is set up for you so that you are notified immediately when a new property comes onto the market or a price is changed. We secure information on properties of interest to you and schedule appointments to show properties at times that are convenient to you.
When a property is located that is of interest to you, we assist you in completing your rental application and prepare the proposed lease agreement. In presenting your offer to lease, we stress your strengths as a tenant and the strengths of the offer. We discuss any counter offers with you, prepare a response and present it.
Once a fully signed lease agreement is obtained on a property, we identify utility providers for you to contact to set up service. We also encourage you to complete your Inventory and Condition Form as soon as you move into the property.
